REFUND POLICY

All of our work is made in small batches and each piece is checked thoroughly for defects to ensure that only the highest quality work makes it onto our store. Each piece is crafted with unique materials and processes, and as such, requires specific considerations. Please review the Special Instructions, Disclaimers, and other important information provided in the “Item Details” and “Quality and Care” guide before purchasing any work.

All work is handmade and hand finished, and will therefore vary in size, shape, color, and finish. Glazes, especially with iridescent and metallic finishes, will vary in different lighting conditions. Please take care in selecting the pieces you want to purchase as we do not offer exchanges or full refunds for work once purchased.

We do not offer refunds on work damaged by methods of use, handling, or other means warned against in the “Quality and Care” guide. However, we will offer refunds for items that exhibit a provable failure in quality of material or fabrication within 30 days of delivery. Ultimately, we want you to be happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order.
