PACKAGING
Every item is carefully packaged to avoid damage. This means ceramic items are double boxed with at least an inch of padding on either side to act as a buffer for impacts.
We are attempting to be as environmentally friendly as we can — we recycle boxes, reuse padding where possible, and most often use recycled paper honeycomb wrap. Though we try to avoid plastic at all costs, we will reuse bubble wrap if it is on hand.
SHIPPING METHOD: UNITED STATES
US shipping is through USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2-5 business days for packing and shipment, but let us know if you need rush delivery and we will work with you to make that happen. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Tracking is provided once your item has been shipped.
Priority Mail includes $50.00 USD insurance in the event any items are lost or broken during transit. Buyer assumes responsibility to file any claims with USPS directly.
All of our work is made in small batches and each piece is checked thoroughly for defects to ensure that only the highest quality work makes it onto our store. Each piece is crafted with unique materials and processes, and as such, requires specific considerations. Please review the Special Instructions, Disclaimers, and other important information provided in the “Item Details” and “Quality and Care” guide before purchasing any work.
All work is handmade and hand finished, and will therefore vary in size, shape, color, and finish. Glazes, especially with iridescent and metallic finishes, will vary in different lighting conditions. Please take care in selecting the pieces you want to purchase as we do not offer exchanges or full refunds for work once purchased.
We do not offer refunds on work damaged by methods of use, handling, or other means warned against in the “Quality and Care” guide. However, we will offer refunds for items that exhibit a provable failure in quality of material or fabrication within 30 days of delivery.

- Hand wash only, items are not dishwasher safe.
- Items are not microwave safe.
- Items are not intended for use with hot liquid.
Glaze and Coloration
- Items are lined with a nonmetallic liner glaze intended for use with food.
- Each piece is hand painted with an iridescent and/or metallic glaze designed to catch light with stunning effect. As such, the appearance of these glazes will vary in different lighting conditions and viewing angles.

- All sizes, shapes, and colors are approximate and may vary.
- Porcelain is a fragile ceramic material and may be subject to chips, cracks, and shattering upon impact; items should be handled carefully.
